When looking for a relaxing coastal city in the Ukraine, one needs look no further than the pearl of the Black Sea- Yalta. This beautiful city is situated on a shallow bay facing south towards the black sea. Yalta would also become the focal point for world politics when it became the host for the now-famous Yalta conference, a meeting of Western and Russian leaders during World War II.

Today Yalta is a thriving coastal community. Its shoreline boasts numerous nightclubs, cafes, and restaurants that cater to Russian and European tourists. In the heart of the city one can find everything from casinos, hotels, museums, and theaters. Yalta also has several historic palaces and even a winery called Magarach, which has become famous for bringing the flavors of the Ukraine to the far reaches of the globe.
