This Agreement defines the terms of your use of this Website and all services and purchases therethrough. Your viewing or use of this Website constitutes your agreement to abide by the provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must exit this Website immediately.

General Terms

HotRussianBrides.com (the "Website") is an international online service operated by Romantic Tours, Inc. ("RTI") a Florida corporation, in cooperation with its international affiliate, I-Pay Global, Inc. ("IPG"). Whether you are accessing the Website as an anonymous unregistered visitor (hereinafter "Guest"), you are a male who has registered and established a profile on one of RTI and/or IPG's affiliated websites for males (hereinafter "Member"), you are a female Foreign National Client registered on one of RTI and/or IPG's affiliated foreign websites (hereinafter "FNC"), or, you are a foreign agency working in cooperation with RTI and/or IPG to provide services between Members and FNCs (hereinafter "Agency") and you are participating in HotRussianBrides.com's services, including, but not limited to email messaging, live instant messaging, live video streaming, and gift delivery ("Services"), you must agree to abide by the General Terms, the User Agreement, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy (collectively the "Agreement") herein.

Use of "you", "your", "yourself", "he", "him", "himself", "she", "her", "herself", "they", "their", "them", or "user(s)", refers to Guests, Members, FNCs, or Agencies either separately, in various combinations, or collectively depending on context. All users use of the Website inherently conveys their agreement to abide by the provisions of this Agreement. Any of the provisions contained in this Agreement may be amended, revised, or added to without prior notice. It is each user's sole obligation and responsibility to periodically review all provisions contained in this Agreement.

Important Information. In compliance with the Violence Against Women and the Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 ("H.R. 3402") which contains the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act of 2005 ("IMBRA"), all users' agreement to comply with IMBRA is a precondition to any Services provided by RTI and/or IPG and their affiliates, whether those Services are secured through RTI and/or IPG websites, agents, employees, or by any other means.

All Members, FNCs, and/or Agencies who utilize or participate in the Services agree to abide by the provisions of IMBRA. Any act or attempt, either willful or inadvertent, on the Member's part solely, or in concert with an FNC, an Agency, or in concert with another online service, whether of domestic or foreign registry, to circumvent the information notification and release provisions of IMBRA, is a violation of that Act. All Members, FNCs, and Agencies agree to assume full responsibility personally and to indemnify and hold harmless RTI and IPG from any criminal or civil liability associated with such acts or attempts.

Generally speaking, but not necessarily inclusive, Members who reside in the United States or who are United States citizens, that become interested in obtaining personal contact information or in arranging in-person meetings with FNCs, are prohibited from having any direct communications with those FNCs until full compliance with the IMBRA information notification and release provisions have been fulfilled. Generally speaking, but not necessarily inclusive, FNCs are women who list their profiles on the Website, reside outside the United States, and are not United States citizens. Members interested in obtaining personal contact information as defined by IMBRA, or in arranging in-person meetings with FNCs, and who have satisfied certain criteria as described below in the "Qualified Members" section, will be referred to an Agency who will assist them with the request. However, even after obtaining Qualified Member status and fully complying with the IMBRA information notification and release provisions, the information released by an FNC is ultimately at the total discretion of the FNC. RTI and IPG make no representation or warranty as to what information, if any, an FNC will be willing to provide at any given time or in any given circumstance. The sale of FNC contact information is NOT a service of RTI and IPG.

The Agency will provide all the tools, steps, and services necessary to comply with the background information notification and release requirements of IMBRA, which, in compliance with the law, are prerequisites to facilitating the exchange of personal contact information and/or in-person meetings between FNCs and Members who utilize the Services.

The Agency will:

1. Forward the Client Attestation Form to the Member, and upon receipt of the completed Client Attestation Form back from the Member, the Agency will facilitate translation of the background information contained within, and forward it to the FNC.
2. Secure the FNC's signed release, only if, after reviewing the Client Attestation Form, the FNC agrees to meet with the Member and/or authorizes the disclosure of her personal contact information to the Member.
3. Facilitate the exchange of personal contact information and/or provide travel services in compliance with IMBRA regulations, so, should the Member and FNC decide to apply for a U.S. K-1 visa or pursue any country's immigration options in the future, the potential obstacles to the process are mitigated to the greatest extent possible.
   
   RTI and IPG recommend that Members who are required by IMBRA to submit background information, do so immediately upon attaining "Qualified Member" status. Given the dynamic nature of immigration requirements and policies worldwide, RTI and/or IPG assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regards to the acquisition of any visa, immigration status, or other desired immigration objective, that may or may not be affected by a Member's or FNC's participation in the Services provided on the Website. Therefore, RTI and IPG, their affiliates, and their employees, officers, directors, representatives, and assigns, have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless by all Members and FNCs against any liability with regard to any and all immigration matters that may or may not be affected by their use of the Services provided on the Website.

Qualified Members. RTI and IPG reserve the right to refer only Qualified Members to an Agency. "Qualified" Members are those Members who have maintained a paid membership (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) for at least three continuous months, and who have purchased a minimum of 2,500 credits throughout the duration of their membership.

IMBRA Disclaimer

HotRussianBrides.com secures and electronically stores an executed Client Attestation Form as well as any support documentation provided by Members. Additionally, the Agency utilizes the United States Justice Department's web site to check the National Sex Offender Public Registry and State Sex Offender web sites as per IMBRA requirements. However, HotRussianBrides.com has no way of ascertaining the authenticity of any documentation, or how current the information or images are that a Member may provide. Further, HotRussianBrides.com does not verify the accuracy of the information supplied by Members on the Client Attestation Form, conduct independent individual or criminal background checks, or certify the information Members provide for their profile, including but not limited to, age and marital status. Therefore, RTI and/or IPG make no warranty either express or implied that the information contained within a Member's profile is truthful and accurate or that a Member is available and/or eligible for marriage. RTI and IPG expressly forbid Members that have been convicted of a felony, are a convicted sex offender, or are under the age of 21 from becoming Members of the Website. Therefore, in addition to RTI and IPG's stated policy of reserving the right to deactivate any Member's profile and access to the Website with or without cause, RTI or IPG will not allow persons of whom it has knowledge are convicted felons, sex offenders, or who are under the age of 21 to participate in Website Services. However, RTI and IPG assume no liability for any deactivation of a Member's profile and account due to information from any source that may incorrectly identify a Member as ineligible to participate in Website Services, whether the incorrect identification is due to electronic or human error. Additionally, RTI and IPG assume no liability as a result of Members who supply false information and/or false or misleading documentation on the Client Attestation Form and/or within their profile. RTI and IPG expressly warn FNCs that undesirable individuals who supply false information and/or supply false or misleading documentation may gain access to Website Services. As a result, RTI and IPG, their affiliates, and their employees, officers, directors, representatives, and assigns will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of an FNC's participation on the Website or on any RTI or IPG website, including but not limited to, financial loss, physical damages, bodily injury, and emotional distress.

HotRussianBrides.com secures and electronically stores the passports and any other documentation provided by FNCs to an Agency, in order to validate the information contained within their profiles. However, HotRussianBrides.com has no way of ascertaining the authenticity of any documentation, or how current the information or images provided by an FNC are. Further, HotRussianBrides.com does not conduct independent individual or criminal background checks on FNCs. Therefore, RTI and/or IPG make no warranty either express or implied that the information contained within an FNC's profile is truthful and accurate or that an FNC is available and/or eligible for marriage. RTI and IPG expressly forbid FNCs who have been convicted of a crime or are under the age of 18 from maintaining profiles and participating in the Services on the Website. Therefore, in addition to RTI and IPG's stated policy of reserving the right to deactivate any FNC's profile and access to the Website with or without cause, RTI or IPG will not allow persons of whom it has knowledge have been convicted of a crime or are under the age of 18 to participate in Website Services. However, RTI and IPG assume no liability for any deactivation of an FNC's profile or account due to information from any source that may incorrectly identify an FNC as ineligible to participate in Website Services, whether the incorrect identification is due to electronic or human error. Additionally, RTI and IPG assume no liability as a result of FNCs who supply false information and/or supply false or misleading documentation to support the information supplied within their profile. RTI and IPG expressly warn Members that undesirable individuals who supply false information and supply false or misleading documentation may gain access to Website Services. As a result, RTI and IPG, their affiliates, and their employees, officers, directors, representatives, and assigns will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of a Member's participation on the Website or on any RTI or IPG website, including but not limited to, financial loss, physical damages, bodily injury, and emotional distress.

All Members and FNCs participating in the Website Services assume all risks associated with using the Website, which may include but are not limited to, the possibility of being scammed for purposes of illegally obtaining United States visa status, the possibility of being financially or emotionally exploited, of being physically or emotionally abused, of being stalked, hurt, or harassed, whether electronically through email and/or instant messaging, verbally, or otherwise, and the possibility of incurring bodily injury up to and including death.

Safety Awareness

NOTICE: THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS. The following are safety recommendations only. They are not intended to create a false sense of security or infer that observance of these recommendations will protect users from fraudulent activities or cyber crime. RTI and IPG hope that Members and FNCs will use these recommendations as a starting point to develop their own safety protocols in the hope that so doing will promote a safe and enjoyable experience on HotRussianBrides.com.

• Don't reveal home or work addresses, phone numbers or other contact information to people you only have an online relationship with. Stop communicating with anyone who pressures you for personal or financial information or attempts in any way to trick you into revealing it.
• Be very careful about the amount and type of information you provide in your profile and public areas of the Website so potential cyber stalkers or other people you may not want to be able to contact you directly cannot "connect the dots" and locate you before you want them to.
• Be wary of potential partners who make declarations of love in the early stages of an online relationship. Additionally, be wary of potential partners who solicit gifts. RTI and IPG assume no responsibility or liability for the actions, either online or offline, of any user whatsoever. All users use the Website at their own risk. RTI and IPG strongly recommend that if you receive an unwanted request for a gift, you should disregard the request and notify: info@hotrussinabrides.com. Additionally, be aware that anyone who is able to commit identity theft can also falsify a dating profile.
• Never post pictures or information about your underage children on the Internet. Though family photographs are fun and informative, they can provide too much information to the wrong type of people.
• Never send money to someone with whom you only have an online relationship. If you don't have an offline face-to-face personal relationship with a person asking for money, it could be a scam.
• There is no substitute for acting with caution when communicating with any stranger who wants to meet you. If you are meeting someone in person for the first time after establishing an online friendship or romance, it is a good idea to observe the following guidelines for the first or the first few meetings: 1) don't go to their house or have them come to yours, 2) provide your own transportation, 3) meet in a public, well known place, 4) let a friend or family member know whom you are meeting, where and when, and what your itinerary and planned time to return home are, 5) limit or avoid drinking alcohol on the first meeting(s) until you have a better understanding of who the person you are getting to know really is, 6) always take a cell phone with you, if your itinerary or planned time to return home changes, let your friend or family member know, AND, establish some predetermined code that will let them know you are not making these changes under duress, and, 7) establish preset call times initiated by your friend or family member to check on you and make sure everything is ok.
• You may want to consider having an independent background check performed at your own expense on anyone with whom you are interested in pursuing an offline friendship or romantic relationship that you met online. There are many cost effective services available today on the Internet to help you find out more about the person you are considering developing a personal relationship with. However, background screenings are not foolproof and are at best an imperfect safety solution. You should be careful that having an independent background check performed on someone does not give you a false sense of security. Criminals may circumvent even the most sophisticated search technology. Not all criminal records are public in all states and not all databases are up to date. Background criminal screenings typically only include publicly available convictions and do not cover other types of convictions or arrests or convictions from foreign countries.

Users Login ID and Password. During the registration process, all users will create or be assigned a unique username and password that is associated with their account. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password, and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under their account. Users are prohibited from sharing their password with any third party and from using their password for any unauthorized purpose. Users may not assign or transfer access privileges to any other person or entity. Users agree to notify HotRussianBrides.com of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

At their discretion, RTI and/or IPG may alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. This includes limiting your use of part or all of the Services. Suspension of the Services may be with or without notice.

Duration. This Agreement will remain in effect while users use the Website either as a Guest, Member, FNC, or Agency. Even after use ends, certain sections of this Agreement will still apply. Members may terminate their membership at any time by selecting "inactive" in their Account page. If necessary, other users may contact info@HotRussianBrides.com to terminate their accounts. Unused Credits that are present in Member accounts are non-refundable. RTI and/or IPG reserve the right to terminate any user's access to the Website at any time. If a user is found in violation of this Agreement, access to their account will be severed immediately.

Use for Commercial Gain. The Website is reserved for non-commercial use only. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses are prohibited from using the Services or the Website for any commercial purpose unless approved by and in cooperation with RTI and/or IPG. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Website will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Exclusive Rights. The contents of the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and other Website content, are the sole property of RTI and are protected by law. Users agree not to copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, translate, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, or dissemble any aspect of the Website, including Website content, and acknowledge that doing so may lead to civil and/or criminal liability for violations of trademark, copyright, and/or other applicable laws.

Security. Users and unauthorized third parties are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for such user, logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network, breaching security or authentication measures without prior authorization, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network by means of a virus, or any type of denial of service attack, sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email. RTI and/or IPG are not responsible for the loss or misuse of any data or user information that is obtained by unauthorized access or through the illegal acts of any user or any third party. Violations of the system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. RTI and/or IPG will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations, which may involve cooperation with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users found guilty of such violations.

Acceptable Content. All users agree that RTI and/or IPG may review and delete any messages, photos, profiles, or other material (collectively, "Content") that violates the acceptable content policy as defined herein.

All users are solely responsible for the Content that they post or transmit to other users while utilizing the Services.

When posting Content to any public area of the Website such as the "Testimonials" section, users automatically grant RTI and IPG the right to use, copy, display, and distribute such information and content as it sees fit.

The following defines the type of Content prohibited on the Website. This list is condensed and not inclusive of all Content forbidden on HotRussianBrides.com.. RTI and IPG reserve the right to remove any Content similar in part or in full to that which is listed below, as well as any Content not mentioned below that RTI and/or IPG in their sole discretion deem inappropriate. Users who violate this acceptable content policy may be banned from any current and future use of the Services. Unacceptable Content includes Content that:

• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• promotes harassment, racism, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• displays language of a harassing, abusive, or vulgar nature;
• involves the transmission of "junk mail" or unsolicited mass mailings;
• promotes or refers to, in any shape or form, our competitor's services and/or web sites;
• promotes obscene, offensive, illegal or otherwise objectionable material;
• disseminates an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work;
• provides instructional information concerning illegal activities;
• contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or information;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• disseminates telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, instant message IDs, email addresses or any other form of personal contact information.

Privacy Policy. RTI and IPG consider personal data confidential and has developed a Privacy Policy outlining personal data collection and use. By using the Website, users are assumed to be familiar with, and agree to, the conditions and limitations in the Privacy Policy.

Copyright Policy. Users may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information contained within the Website without first obtaining prior written consent from RTI.

Links. The Website may contain links to other third party web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience and not as an endorsement by RTI or IPG of the contents of such third party web sites. RTI and IPG are not responsible for the content of linked third party web sites and do not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such web sites. If users choose to access a linked third party site, they do so at their own risk.

User Disputes. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with one another. RTI and IPG do not have any obligation to monitor any disputes that may arise between users, including but not limited to, Members and/or FNCs. However, RTI and IPG reserve the right to deactivate any Member, FNC, or user's profile and/or account if RTI or IPG perceives any of the aforementioned parties to be a threat to others, or if RTI or IPG feels that continuation of a user's privileges on the Website are not in the best interests of RTI, IPG, or their users for any reason. Said right is at the sole discretion of RTI and/or IPG and may be implemented without notice and without any obligation to provide the affected user with any reason whatsoever. RTI and IPG are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website. RTI and IPG will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the online or offline interactions between users of the Website.

Purchases. Purchases of Services on the Website can only be made using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A Member must be an authorized user of any credit card he utilizes to make purchases on the Website. If any discrepancy appears between the name on a credit card and the Member's profile, a notice will be sent via email requesting an explanation for the discrepancy. Members will have to verify authorized use of the credit card in order to avoid de-activation of their profile. All purchases are governed and limited by the policies and procedures of RTI and IPG. RTI and/or IPG reserve the right to change the terms of purchase, the price of the Services, and the availability and purchase price of credit packages at any time without notice. Due to risk management criteria established by credit card processors, RTI and/or IPG, at their discretion, may vary the credit packages available to members based on purchasing histories.

Refunds. All users specifically acknowledge that RTI and IPG are not obligated to offer a refund on any valid, properly executed order for any Services. When Members send a letter and it is transferred to the intended recipient's inbox, this is considered a properly executed order. Letters that go unread or from which a Member receives no reply are still considered properly executed orders and do not entitle a Member to a refund. RTI and IPG are not obligated to offer a refund based on any user's personal success (or lack thereof) when using the Website or the Services. Dissatisfaction with the Website or any Services offered within does not entitle any user to a refund. Nor are refunds issued due to any user's failure to familiarize themselves with the functionality of the Website, which may result in incorrect use of the Website. This includes instances such as accidentally sending duplicate emails, or closing a chat session prematurely. Members attempting to inappropriately secure refunds by initiating chargebacks after purchasing services governed by this Agreement, will be held responsible for all costs incurred by RTI and IPG as a result of said chargebacks, including but not limited to, the initial purchase, processors fees, administrative costs and legal fees. RTI and/or IPG will pursue reimbursement for all such costs utilizing all legal remedies available.

Chargeback Policy.

Credit Packages:
By using the Website and/or Services, all users hereby acknowledge and agree that the purchase and receipt of any credit package listed on the Website, which provides the ability to utilize Services through HotRussianBrides.com, including, but not limited to email messaging, instant messaging, and live video streaming, constitutes value received.

Furthermore, all users covenant and agree that they will not initiate any cardholder chargebacks in an attempt to secure a refund, as any attempt to do so would constitute a violation of the terms of the purchase. Having acknowledged value received, users hereby agree that any effort to initiate such a chargeback would be a misrepresentation of fact and could be construed as an act of fraud.

Memberships:
By using the Website and/or Services, Members hereby acknowledge and agree that the purchase and receipt of any membership listed on the Website, which provides access and the option to utilize Services through HotRussianBrides.com, including, but not limited to email messaging, instant messaging, and live video streaming, constitutes value received.

Members acknowledge and agree that charges associated with each membership will automatically renew each month, and should a Member no longer wish to use a membership, Members agree to cancel by accessing the "Cancel Membership" link located within their "My Account" page on the Website. Members acknowledge and accept that failure to cancel does NOT excuse them from paying any charges associated with the membership.

Furthermore, Members covenant and agree that they will not initiate any cardholder chargebacks in an attempt to secure a refund, prior to, after, or in lieu of canceling their membership, as any attempt to do so would constitute a violation of the terms of the purchase. Having acknowledged value received, Members hereby agree that any effort to initiate such a chargeback would be a misrepresentation of fact and could be construed as an act of fraud.

Membership Renewal Notice:
Automatic monthly membership renewals will take place each month on the anniversary of the date that a Member initiated their membership. If for any reason a Member's renewal transaction is unable to be processed, RTI and IPG will make up to two additional attempts to renew the membership before any loss of privileges occurs with the Member's existing membership level. If a second and/or third attempt is required to renew the membership, the anniversary date for subsequent monthly renewals will become the date upon which the renewal transaction takes place. If after three attempts, the automatic membership renewal transaction has not been satisfied, a Member's membership will automatically revert to the Bronze membership allowing free membership level access to the Website without restricting the use of any available credits or disrupting the access to any "pay per use" services.

Gift Deliveries:
By using the Website and/or Services, users hereby acknowledge and agree that the purchase of any gift delivery service listed on the Website, and subsequent confirmation of delivery, constitutes value received. RTI and IPG specifically prohibit the solicitation of gifts by FNCs. However, RTI and/or IPG assume no responsibility or liability for the actions, either online or offline, of Members, FNCs, or Agencies whatsoever. All users use the Website at their own risk. RTI and IPG strongly recommend that if an FNC solicits a Member for a gift, the Member should not send it.

Furthermore, all users covenant and agree that they will not initiate any cardholder chargebacks in an attempt to secure a refund, as any attempt to do so would constitute a violation of the terms of the purchase. Having acknowledged value received, users hereby agree that any effort to initiate such a chargeback would be a misrepresentation of fact and could be construed as an act of fraud.

Force Majeure. RTI and IPG will not be liable for any loss resulting from a cause over which it does not have direct control, including but not limited to failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, natural disasters, strikes or other labor problems, or governmental restrictions.

Severability. In case any one or more provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not effect any other provision hereof and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had not been contained herein.

Governing Law. This agreement shall be deemed for all purposes to have been entered into in the State of Florida. All users agree they are subject to the jurisdiction of the State of Florida and waive any right to defense for lack of jurisdiction. Venue for any and all disputes between any user and RTI or IPG, including, but not limited to, any claims for violation of any statute, contract, tort or common law, shall lie exclusively in Pinellas County, Florida or the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. RTI, IPG and all users agree to waive any claim for jury trial in any dispute between any party and RTI and/or IPG. This Agreement shall be Governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Florida.

User Agreement

By using the Website (HotRussianBrides.com), all users attest and agree to the following:

• If you are a Member, you are at least 21 years of age, you have not been convicted of a felony, and you are not a convicted sex offender. If you are an FNC, you are at least 18 years of age and you have not been convicted of a crime. If you are an Agency, you agree to all the applicable terms in this Agreement as well as additional Agency terms.
• No user will dispense or participate in dispensing content that: is patently offensive (sexually or otherwise); displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind; involves the transmission of "Spam" or "Junk Mail;" promotes information that is false or misleading; engages in commercial activities such as contests and pyramid schemes; and provides instructional information about illegal activities.
• All users will use the Website and the Services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in the country within which they reside and the country to which they are communicating.
• No user will attempt to place within the public portion of a profile, including, but not limited to the "About Me" and "Looking For" sections, postal addresses, URLs, instant message IDs, email addresses, or any other form of personal contact information. Should any user choose to do so, they may be denied access to any current and future use of the Website.
• No Member, FNC, or Agency will upload photos to a profile that the person represented by the profile does not appear in, or are not in compliance with the Upload Photo Guidelines.

To provide the Services, RTI and IPG purchase services from various foreign Agencies. The Agencies providing services for www.HotRussianBrides.com are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of RTI or IPG. RTI and IPG are not responsible for the willful or negligent acts of any Agency or its respective employees, including their failure to deliver services in part or in full. Each Agency is responsible for validating the FNCs they register on HotRussianBrides.com. Agencies are contractually bound to conduct validation practices in a professional and ethical manner. Should any Agency fail in this regard, the Agency is in violation of their Terms of Use, and all users agree to hold RTI and IPG harmless in the event of any such Agency failure. Further, RTI and IPG do not pay FNCs to participate on the Website. RTI and IPG consider such conduct unethical. The RTI and IPG Agency terms governing a foreign Agency's participation on the Website prohibits such conduct on the part of participating Agencies and requires the Agencies to report any such conduct on the part of any participating FNC.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection:
RTI and IPG are the sole owners of the information collected on HotRussianBrides.com. RTI and IPG collect information at different points as users access the Website.

During membership registration, a user must first complete the Profile and Preferences pages and provide an email address. This information will never be sold or otherwise made available to third parties. RTI and/or IPG will only disclose user personal information if required by law or in response to requests from law enforcement agencies that at RTI or IPG's discretion are determined reasonable and appropriate. Occasionally, RTI and/or IPG may send information to a user's personal email account concerning important changes or updates to the Website.

When a user utilizes any of the Website pay services, the user must provide personal contact and financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, and user's mailing address. This information is used for billing purposes only, and will never be divulged to any third parties, unless required by law.

2. Information Use:
HotRussianBrides.com may only be used for lawful purposes by Members and FNCs seeking to form friendships or build relationships through online correspondence.

Profile
RTI and IPG store information that is collected through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of users. A profile is stored information that is kept on individual users that detail their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the user's personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the Website for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to the Website, and access relevant information. Email address lists are not sold to any third party.

Cookies
